She veers into the Myeongdong and cuts down a long diagonal street into the ever-glo of perpetual sunrise. A looping solstice. 1000 luminescent jellyfish floating across the gravity-shift. Head down and moving, she focuses against an overdose of neon saccharine, just this side of toxic, heat-seeking.
She is not-shopping. She is elsewhere; taking a shortcut; untouchable, immune.
She slows down behind a bottleneck of midnight commuters and pauses, seeing up into it. Seeing with her skin. The sky is like a spider, the color of bullet. The injection is sweet and inevitable, porous, 360 degrees. All distances close; she is inside it now.
